Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order, as provided for by the Consumer Code.
To initiate a return request, you must contact us at [email], indicating:
Products must be returned intact, unused, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Reimbursement
Once we receive and verify your return, we will process your refund within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Exceptions to the right of return
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
customized or made-to-measure products
items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
goods damaged by improper use
Artisanal products
All products sold on QuelledellaCosta are handcrafted and artisanal.
Small variations in color or shape compared to the images are to be considered a characteristic of the product and not a defect.
Please note that handmade products may have small imperfections.
